The St. Monica Parish Community invites adults who would like to explore the Catholic Faith, to attend our RCIA Inquiry Sessions. Regular sessions are held on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 PM in the Parish Center. Everyone is encouraged to feel free to come get acquainted and look around. We offer an informal and friendly setting in which questions may be raised.

| RCIA classes are meant not only to inform
candidates about the Catholic Church, but to generate interest and
provoke discussion. So far, the class on Catholic Social Teaching
has been the one most enthusiastically received. Current candidates
in the RCIA program are: Laura Dallas, Billy Finnegan, Adam Reeves,
Scott Shepherd, Jamie Smith, Julie Stiller, Jessica Stokes, and Terri
Varela. |

Inquirers may come from many faith backgrounds. They have not been baptized or have already been baptized in another Christian denomination. They may have some or no acquaintance with the Catholic Church. Each person is considered a unique individual who is valued and encouraged to share his or her thoughts, questions, and stories. Inquiry is a time to get acquainted, ask questions, and explore the Catholic Faith.
