Faith Formation

St. Monica Church offers several ways in which you, friends and family members can expand your knowledge of our Catholic faith and principles.  

Registration for 2010 - 2011 Faith Formation is available online, by printing & submitting the supplied forms.
Additional forms may be found in both church entrances, in the Parish Center and at the Rectory.

Children are placed on a first-come, first-served basis so please register early to insure the best day and time for your child.

The 2010-2011 Faith Formation calendar will be available in July.
