Joseph's Journey From Prison to Palace
This camp offers fun stories, skits, games, crafts, snacks, and special theme activities for students entering Kindergarten through fifth grade.
The 2010 camp dates are July 12-16, 1-4PM. Registration begins in May 2010.
All VBC participants are invited to take a journey back to Egypt - without leaving our church! Discover how God was with Joseph as he journeyed from prison to palace.
The success of this camp relies completely on the wonderful adult, middle school and high school volunteers who make this camp possible for the children at St. Monica. If you are interested to volunteer, please feel free to contact us now -- no need to wait until May. Thank you for your support!
- Adult volunteers are needed for center leaders and shopkeepers
- High School volunteers are needed to be Egyptian family leaders - participate in the fun activities while guiding elementary-aged children on the journey.
- Middle School volunteers are needed to assist center leaders, shopkeepers and assistant family leaders.
- Someone to play the role of Joseph and the guard Rameses.
- old bed sheets, any color or striped
- baskets - laundry or variety of sizes for our Marketplace
- burlap sacks
- any costumes, fabrics or accessories for Egyptian costumes
